Advance Planning

The secret to a successful function is careful planning in advance. When you have decided on a date and time, we suggest that you contact us to make reservations.

            Breakfast between 7:30am - 11am

            Lunch from 11am - 3pm
            Dinner 4pm - 8pm

Details for your Function

After you have made your menu selection, please call us to finalize your details. It is very helpful if you make your selection on the menu you would like to go with 2 weeks prior to your event. Once you do that, you will receive via mail a Banquet Event Order with all of the details of your event. You should carefully review it, sign and return a copy noting any changes that should be made. Payment in full is required the day of your function in one form of payment only. For the convenience of other guests please notify us as soon as possible if you must cancel. A final head count is required 48 hours prior to your group's arrival.


Chaperones & Parking

We strongly urge having one chaperone per 20 students. Students are not allowed in the elevators or on the guest floors. Buses should unload at the front entrance of the hotel. The buses should than park in the North lot and remain there until departure time.
